Your benefits start as soon as your membership registration is complete. You can make a reservation immediately, but leave time when you come in for your first visit to collect your official membership card and the introduction we offer for new members.

Your next payment will be processed approximately 14 days after your enrollment and bi-weekly going forward.

Who on Earth would want to cancel their membership? I mean, seriously!… We know that no one wants to cancel their membership… But if you must, we understand. Not really… We’re just saying that to make you feel better. Is it working?

Alright, alright – Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment; after that, cancellations are penalty-free with 14 days advance notice. P.S. You can avoid all of this by coming to your senses and not cancelling, or transferring your membership to someone else who would like to have what YOU have!

As an alternative to cancellation, or if for some crazy reason you decide to give up shooting, you can always transfer your membership to another responsible adult (if you know any). We make it easy, and they will save the cost of any enrollment fee. As soon as we approve their application and payment method, your membership privileges will be transferred to them.

Three really good reasons: (Just ask us.)

1. We put a lot of effort into your membership journey. It takes time and attention from our team to get you set-up and on your journey and they won’t work for free. (We keep asking, but so far, no takers.)
2. Then there’s all of the value you get as a member. Especially for that Gold membership. (We must be nuts, giving all of that away!) You might save more than your enrollment fee in the first month alone.
3. Of course, we want you to stay. Just like the Hotel California. We know that if you have some skin in the game, you’re less likely to leave. It’s our way of saying “don’t go”!

Glad you asked! Guns, ammo, accessories, training, you name it. Whatever you decide to buy – or any training you register for that is eligible for discounting will be automatically adjusted to the proper price for your membership at checkout.. You trust the robots, right? Tell you what… Feel free to check with a humanoid if you want to confirm that any purchase you’re about to make has been priced correctly. Our humans are really helpful, and nice too!

You are asking ALL the right questions! There’s nothing we like more than helping you excel. Two ways to do this and both are great.

For the same reason there are cancellation fees for table reservations at restaurants, or room nights at hotels. Those range lanes are our inventory. If we hold it for you and you don’t show, you’re preventing us from offering the opportunity to another paying customer. We know that sometimes things come up. So, keep reading.

If something comes up and you can’t make it, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours in advance we need you to call us to cancel your reservation at least an hour in advance to avoid any cancellation fee or penalty.

We will release your lane if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late and want to keep your reservation, call us at 410-335-5100 and we will hold your lane for you for the remainder of your reserved time slot. If you’d rather have a full hour, we will release your reservation and schedule you into the next available slot.

We are happy to adjust your membership for the level that’s best for you. Or, you can do it yourself on the membership page of our website at www.FreeStateGunRange.com/Membership. All you have to do is cover the difference in fees and sign off on the change.

NOW we’re talkin’… You just became our favorite person!!! We have some VERY special rewards for you. At a minimum, you will get a $25 gift card. Or maybe even two, depending on the level of member you refer. You remember what a great value that Gold membership is, right??? Occasionally, we may offer even more incentives, so don’t be afraid to ask. The robots won’t know this so it’s best to ask one of our humans. Yes, Members are always encouraged to bring guests. Basic members may bring 1 guest per visit for $8/hour. Gold members receive 4 free guest passes monthly (two each biweekly billing period). Guest fees beyond the 4 free passes (it happens) are just $8 per person per hour. Don’t forget to look at what you’ll get if they decide to become a member like you!

Yes. It’s better to snooze-’em than lose ‘em. Memberships can be paused for up to 3 months for a $10 administrative fee. Your original membership term will resume after your pause is over, or continue month-to-month if you have completed your original term.

This is not our favorite thing to do. We have kept our membership rates steady for 12 years. Unheard of – I know! We’d like to keep them at this level forever, but unless you can get the government to halt inflation, we will certainly have to deal with increasing costs. Did we mention we keep asking our team to work for free? (So far – no takers.) Here’s what we will do:

1. We will guarantee your rate for your first 12 months.
2. After that, we will adjust your dues, only if necessary, to maintain the quality of our team and the program. Trust that we will work to keep any increases to a minimum. And will ALWAYS give you an opportunity to save, prior to any increases. Seriously – You are our best customers and we want to treat you well. Not to abuse our relationship – or serve you on a shoestring.

There are no restrictions on reservations per day. They are in one-hour time block. However, each member is only allowed to reserve ONE lane at a time.

Guests must come with the member. Guest passes require guests to share a lane with the member. No independent reservations can be made for guests.

There’s no catch! You can utilize any non NFA rental gun on the range for free!

**When using our rentals, you must purchase our ammunition.

**NFA rentals are an additional fee.

It’s easy! If you’re moving 25+ miles away from us, send us proof of your move and your contract will be canceled with no cancellation fee. You can always transfer your contract to a friend!
